VBFC provides outsourced accounting, financial planning and analysis, and CFO advisory services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between VBFC and the client that defines scope, fees, and term. Nothing on this website creates a client relationship, and no engagement begins until both parties sign that agreement.

Content on this site is general information only. It is not accounting, tax, legal, audit, or investment advice, and it should not be relied on for decisions about your business. VBFC is not a public accounting firm and does not perform audits, reviews, or attestation engagements. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.
